MESSAGE FROM RAY

Hello Everyone. I arrived safely in Leicester but not without its frustrations, due to strange things like snow ice and road accidents! What have I done leaving Cornwall!!!!!

Joking aside I wanted to thank you all for the gift. I was a bit overwhelmed on the party evening and just thought it was a hand made leather mans bag. Later like two or three days or so I discovered the chocolates and then as late as yesterday I came across the envelope with a beautiful message and money. Thank you all.

I suppose I first started to direct at Bridge at Hayle about 25 years ago. Then I took on the running of Penzance Bridge Club for 13 years before [semi-retiring] to concentrate on the then early days at the Sailing Club. 

You are a wonderful group of people and I feel it was a privilege to meet with you all. I feel sure that you will continue to flourish now that I have left. 

It remains for me to wish you all a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND BEST WISHES FOR THE  NEW YEAR.
