PARTY DETAILS

Hello All. As arranged I now have the details for the Party. It will be at the Cutty Sark Marazion Hotel and the price for guests will be £16. Unfortunately due to the low numbers during the summer months the subsidy for members will only be £5 making the members price £11. The menu is exactly the same as last year [I did try] and will be on 9th January 2016. Choices are:- 
Soup                           Fruit Juice        Prawn Cocktail. 
Roast Turkey             Roast Beef        Nut Roast [Veg Option]
Christmas Pudding    Sherry Trifle     Ice Cream
To date I have 31 names for attending the lunch that includes 3 non playing Bridge partners. I estimate that the Bridge will take a minimum of 3 hours in playing time so I wonder if we could meet at 11:30 for sitting at 12:00. There will not be any bridge on either Friday 25th December or Friday 1st January. It would be nice if all monies could be paid in advance of the party day and menu choices selected by 18th December as I have to let the hotel know a week beforehand.
