BRIDGE 29th JULY

The Bridge will be at the Pirates Rugby Club ground in Alexandra Road on FRIDAY 29th JULY. There should be around 4 tables. The bar will be open from 7pm but it is probable that tea and coffee will not be available. There should be plenty of parking available in the main car park but you will probably have to walk round to the opposite side enterance to get in. Please let Ron or me know if you cannot make it. 

BRIDGE THIS WEEK

I have been unable to find out very much regarding the bridge for this week. I am trying to get the small room at the Pirates Club for FRIDAY but so far repeated phone calls have been unanswered. I do have to go into Penzance first thing in the morning so will try and call in. All I can say to you all at the moment is that it will be at the Pirates Rugby football premises in Alexandra Road, on either Friday or Wednesday. It did occur to me to ask whether all those names that could do both nights, would in fact like to play on both nights if the premises are available on Friday. 

NEXT WEEK

It seems from the numbers gathered last night that there are more able to play on Friday than Wednesday so I am looking into a number of options for an alternative venue for next Friday. I doubt this will be completed before Monday so please keep checking the website. I can confirm that Wednesday will be okay at the Bridge Club, at the Pirates Rugby Club premises in Alexandra Road, if NO alternative venue can be found for Friday.
